German suspension systems are composed of several parts: chassis, suspension, and powertrain accessories. Their functions include connection, fixation, support, and power transmission.

- Brackets: These are bolted to the chassis/body and provide mounting support for large components such as the engine, transmission, and exhaust system. They counteract vibrations, limit displacement, and ensure stable equipment operation.

- Connecting rods/swing arms: In the suspension system, these connect the wheels to the body, transmitting lateral/longitudinal forces. They work with springs and shock absorbers to control wheel movement, improving ride smoothness and handling (e.g., suppressing roll, ensuring tire contact).

- Pipe clamps/bands: These secure oil and gas lines (such as brake lines and fuel lines), preventing displacement and wear due to vehicle vibration and bumps, and ensuring stable fluid (oil and gas) delivery.

- Metal plates: These serve as mounting plates, providing fixing points for sensors, wiring harnesses, and small brackets. They may also fill structural gaps, reinforce local stiffness, and prevent critical areas from stress deformation.
