1. Store compressed air
As a storage container for compressed air, it temporarily stores the compressed air produced by the air compressor, ensuring that the system always maintains sufficient air pressure (usually 0.7-0.8 MPa) to provide a stable air source for the trailer's braking, parking, and other pneumatic devices.
2. Stabilize air pressure and buffer
It alleviates fluctuations in the air compressor's output air pressure, reduces air pulsation in the pipeline, ensures stable pressure in the pneumatic braking system, and prevents sudden pressure changes from affecting braking performance.
3. Separate water and impurities
Compressed air contains water and a small amount of impurities.
