  • Hino Series - 4 Holes

The following is an introduction to Hino Series - 4-hole Aluminum Alloy Air Storage Tank
Structure and Appearance
- Material: Made of high-strength aluminum alloy material, such as 5083 aluminum alloy, weighing only one-third of traditional air storage tanks, with strong corrosion resistance, and effectively extending the service life.
- Appearance: The surface has been finely processed, with a smooth appearance and uniform color, and good scratch resistance. The overall appearance is beautiful and generous.
- Interface: It has 4 holes, usually used to connect different gas pipelines, realizing gas transmission between the air storage tank and the air compressor, brake valve, relay valve, etc. The air pipe connector and pipeline use NIDAMORE and RIFA ALLEN, with high reliability.
Working Principle and Function
- Air Storage: Stores the air pumped by the air compressor to provide sufficient air source for the vehicle's braking system, air horn, and other air-consuming equipment.
- Filtering Impurities: Water molecules, dust, and engine oil in the air, due to their relatively heavier weight, will fall to the bottom of the air storage tank, playing a filtering role and ensuring that the air entering the gas path is relatively clean.
- Stabilizing Air Pressure: The up and down movement of the air compressor piston makes the compressed air flowing into the gas path unstable. The air storage tank can stabilize the air pressure, making the pressure of the outgoing air stable.
- Assisting in Cooling: The outside air is sucked into the air compressor for compression, generating heat. The air storage tank can help reduce the temperature of the air entering the vehicle's air path, ensuring that the air density and water content are in a suitable state.
