Features and Advantages: Made of aluminum alloy material, it is lightweight and can effectively reduce the vehicle's curb weight, improving fuel economy and transportation efficiency; the surface can naturally form a dense aluminum oxide protective film to prevent corrosion of the substrate and extend its service life; it can withstand high pressure, has good airtightness, and ensures the reliable operation of the braking system; it has good thermal conductivity and can quickly dissipate the heat generated by compressed air, avoiding the risk of overheating; aluminum alloy is recyclable, in line with environmental protection concepts, and vehicle lightweighting can reduce energy consumption and exhaust emissions.

Layout: Shantui truck models have various layouts for air storage tanks. For example, some Shantui G7 models have three air tanks arranged in the middle of the frame, at the bottom of the frame, and at the rear of the vehicle; other models are equipped with seven aluminum alloy air tanks, four under and beside the battery box, and three on the inner side of the frame.
