DeLonghi New M3000 Iron Gas Cylinder Main functions:
- Energy storage: Store the compressed air generated by the air compressor to provide a stable air supply for vehicle braking systems (such as service brakes and parking brakes), pneumatic clutches, air horns, and other air-powered equipment, ensuring that these devices can promptly receive sufficient air pressure when needed, thereby guaranteeing normal vehicle operation.
- Filtering: The moisture, dust, oil contaminants, and other impurities contained in compressed air provide an initial filtration effect, helping to prevent these particles from entering downstream air circuit components. This reduces component wear and the risk of malfunctions, ultimately extending the service life of the entire air system.
- Voltage stabilization: The air pressure output by the air compressor fluctuates, but this can be stabilized through volumetric buffering, ensuring a smoother output and preventing unstable operation of air-consuming equipment—especially braking systems—caused by sudden pressure changes.
- Cooling down: After being compressed by the air compressor, the air temperature rises. When it enters the air receiver tank, it slows down and cools, allowing moisture in the air to condense into liquid water and settle out—thus purifying the compressed air further and reducing moisture-related corrosion in the air system.
