Aluminum Alloy Gas Cylinder Ouman 2038A0 Main functions:
- Energy-storage gas supply: Store the compressed air generated by the air compressor to provide a stable air supply for vehicle braking systems (such as service brakes and parking brakes), pneumatic clutches, air horns, and other air-powered equipment, ensuring that these systems can promptly receive adequate air pressure when needed, thereby maintaining normal vehicle operation.
- Filtration and purification: The moisture, dust, oil, and other impurities contained in compressed air will settle at the bottom of the air receiver due to gravity, providing an initial filtration effect. This helps reduce the entry of these contaminants into subsequent air circuit components (such as brake valves and pipelines), thereby minimizing wear and the risk of component failure—and ultimately extending the service life of the entire air system.
- Voltage Stabilization Buffer: The air pressure output by the air compressor fluctuates, but the air receiver tank helps stabilize the output pressure through its volume buffering effect. This prevents sudden pressure changes that could cause unstable operation of air-consuming equipment—especially braking systems—and thereby enhances overall operational safety.
- Cooling and Water Precipitation: After being compressed by the air compressor, the air temperature rises. When it enters the air receiver tank, it slows down and cools, allowing moisture in the air to condense into liquid water and settle out—thus purifying the compressed air further and reducing moisture-related corrosion in the air system.
